The details for Grain Mate have to match the details that are in the Emerald Grain System, you are able to locate these details on documents you receive from Emerald, otherwise you can contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

First check your Junk inbox, if the email is not in your Junk inbox, contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432
Why is my registration/ password reset link not working? Show more
Try highlighting and copying the link from you registration/ resetting password email and pasting it in to the web browsers address cell, if the link still does not work contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432
Why is it not accepting my password I have just created? Show more
Your password must be 8 characters long and contain letters, numbers and at least on special character (example Rover#14), if the password still does not work contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432
Why is my Payee ID not working? Show more
Double check your Payee number with payment paperwork you have received from Emerald Grain, ensure this payee number is already registered for Grain Mate, otherwise you can contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432
Why is my password not working? Show more
Check that you are entering the correct password, and using the correct upper case and lower case letters. If your password is still not working, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link located below the Login button to reset your password.
How do I log out of Grain Mate? Show more
In the bottom left hand corner of all Grain Mate pages there is a Log Out button, click on this.
Payments
Where can I find my payment paperwork? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for Payment Advices. Click on this and it will load up your Emerald Grain Payment Paperwork both Payment Advices and RCTI’s.
How soon after payment am I able to see my paperwork on Grain Mate? Show more
You will be able to view the supporting documents of a payment within 24 hours of the payment going into your bank account, if you are unable to view your supporting documents please call Grower Services on 1300 880 432.
Contract
How do I contract my grain via Grain Mate? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, you can either click the ‘SELL’ button underneath your tiles pricing or if you click on ‘Prices’ located on the menu list on the left hand side of the page you are able to select the ‘SELL’ options from there. Then follow the prompts, you have 5 minutes from when you click the sell button to complete the contract.
Subscription Preferences
How do I update my subscription preferences? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, click on this and this will load your Account Details. At the bottom right you will need to click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, you will then be able to click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from there.
Contact Details
How do I update my details? Show more
Only certain details are able to be update by Emerald Grain, contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432 and they will be able to explain whether they are able to update the details or NGR will need to update the details.
How do I view my current contact details? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, half away down the page you will be able to select the ‘Contacts’ tab.
Account Details
How do I locate my payee details? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, half away down the page you will be able to select the ‘Payees’ tab.
Tiles
How do I create the tiles on my home page? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, and you are on your Home Page you are able to click on the ‘Customise’ button located in the top right hand corner, you are then able to create a new tile or edit your current tiles.
Pricing Preferences
How do I manage my pricing preferences? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Prices’, click on this and this will load the Pricing page, at the bottom left of this page you will be able to click on the ‘Manage My Pricing Preferences’ button, and follow the prompts.
NGR/Delivery Card
How do I locate my NGR Delivery Card No.? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, half away down the page you will be able to select the ‘Delivery Cards’ tab.
Production Estimates
How do I update my Production Estimates? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Grain Management’, click on this and ensure you are on the Production Estimates tab. To update click the 'Manage Production Estimates’ button, and follow the prompts.
Emerald Storages
How do I complete a title transfer for an Emerald Grain site? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Title Transfer’, click on this and this will load your current tonnes in warehouse with a Title Transfer button available for each grade. You are also able to start a Title Transfer from the ‘Emerald Storages’ and ‘Harvest Cash Prices’ pages.
How do I view my stock holdings in an Emerald Grain site? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Emerald Storages’, click on this and this will load your current tonnes in warehouse with Emerald Grain. You can also view current tonnes in warehouse from the ‘Title Transfer’ page.
How do I view my Emerald Grain site transactions? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Delivery Summary’, click on this and this will load your transaction details with filters to narrow your transaction search.
How do I view my accumulated charges for the Emerald Grain sites? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Emerald Storages’, click on this and this will load your Emerald Storage details. Change the drop down list at the top to the relevant season and your Accumulated Storage Fee will be displayed.

How do I find my Grain Merchant's contact details? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, your merchant details are located on the home page, Account Page and Contact Us page.
Grade Spreads
How do I locate the grade spreads? Show more
Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Prices’, at the top of the page you will be able to select the relevant season Deliverable Grade Spreads tab/s.
